Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Damage Restoration Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading teams with onsite responsibilities, performing disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead crews with onsite responsibilities, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, adhering to IICRC standards.
  • Set up and operate equipment, including dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other machinery, ensuring proper setup and removal.
  • Conduct moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
  • Perform initial loss inspections, identifying areas of damage and developing effective restoration plans.
  • Remove damaged materials, including drywall, carpets, insulation, and other items, and perform general demolition after a loss.
  • Coordinate pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
  • Act as the daily on-site contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Participate in our 24-hour call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
  • Operate company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in water damage restoration or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs.
  • Water and/or Mold Certification preferred.
