Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the management team, the Guest Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Rooms Division, which encompasses various departments such as Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, and Concierge Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Assist in managing the daily functions of the Rooms Operations, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth guest arrival and departure processes, while maintaining the property’s cleanliness and service standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Communicate performance expectations clearly to staff, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Scheduling and Attendance: Effectively manage employee schedules in accordance with business needs, while tracking attendance and time management.

Financial Management
  • Revenue Optimization: Supervise daily selling strategies to enhance room revenue and occupancy rates.
