Clinical Leadership Opportunity at Cortica

We are seeking a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team in Temecula and surrounding areas. As a leading provider of advanced neurological therapies, Cortica offers a collaborative approach to neurodevelopmental care, serving diverse patient populations with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, speech and language disorders, and more.

Our interdisciplinary team includes specialists such as Neurologists, Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, EEG Technicians, Counselors, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Behavior Therapists, Music Therapists, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Support and guide a pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors.

About the Position:

This is a full-time BCBA position that requires a Master's degree in Human Services or a related field and current BCBA certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical programming, supporting team members, and contributing to the growth and development of the company.
