About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated ABA therapist to join our team of talented clinicians. As an ABA therapist with Verbal Behavior Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes your growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a valid BCBA certification and be eligible to work in the U.S. You will also need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination and undergo a TB Test & Live Scan background check.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain responsibility for broad objectives, short term objectives, graphs and instructional decisions related to each client on your caseload
  • Train and supervise RBTs and Clinical Supervisors working with your clients under the direction of Clinical Leadership
  • Prepare and organize client materials, attend bi-weekly company meetings, and schedule meetings as needed

Salary Information

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience and location.
