Clinical Care Specialist

The Clinical Care Specialist at Aveanna Healthcare is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $30-$40/hour
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements through ongoing education and training.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
- One year of experience working under current nursing license.
