**About the Role:**

We are seeking an aggressive outbound sales professional to join our organization. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a career opportunity, not just a job

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Address client brokers professionally and clarify the specifics and advantages of our flagship loan product, Ally
* Discuss our successful value proposition of becoming an approved broker with Champions Funding
* Train and develop as the lead conversion specialist within the wholesale non-QM space
* Route mortgage broker clients to attend our highly informative webinar and procure non-QM loan submissions from mortgage professionals

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Base plus commission, not a draw
* Successful lead conversion bonuses
* Uncapped commissions per funded loans
* Full benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance

**Requirements:**

* Coachable and trainable with a competitive attitude
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Computer competency
* Self-motivated and driven to make the money you deserve
* One year of previous high-volume outbound phone sales experience
