Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Northern Kentucky area. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for properly maintaining and repairing assigned company production machinery, mechanical equipment, and/or property in a generalist capacity.

This is a direct placement position with a competitive hourly rate of $28 - $34, plus bonuses and yearly raises. We offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, health advocacy, and employee assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure continuous and effective operation
  • Assist in keeping all equipment and facilities in good repair
  • Perform advanced maintenance duties using hand tools and power tools
  • Set up and tear down equipment as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year of maintenance experience (industrial preferred)
  • Mechanical experience
  • Electrical experience is a plus
