Maintenance Technician III

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at 80 Acres Farms. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading troubleshooting efforts, performing complex repairs, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and train team members on technical subjects
- Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for complex issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Provide feedback on preventative maintenance tasks
- Suggest and implement corrective actions for equipment failures
- Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and inspections
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and schedules
Requirements:
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proficiency with electrical systems and safety protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
