Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to join our team in Noida and Gurugram, India. As a key member of our Civil & Structural Design team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering added value energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze Steel and Concrete structures and their foundations.
  • Prepare detailed calculation reports and check construction drawings and documents.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for inputs and technical issues.
  • Participate in Model Reviews and project-related workshops.
  • Review subcontractor and vendor documents for technical compliance.
  • Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
  • Support field engineering and troubleshooting.
Main Tasks
  • Design structures and foundations.
  • Issue deliverables with required quality as per project schedules.
  • Provide inputs to the drafting team and guide them in preparing design drawings.
  • Follow up on inter-discipline comments and their resolution, including clash resolution.
  • Clarify and resolve site queries and issues.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 15+ years of relevant industry experience. A Master's Degree in Engineering is an added advantage. You should be conversant with STAAD Pro software and have experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
