Job Title: Senior Principal Process Modeling Engineer

At RTX, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Process Modeling Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced process modeling techniques to improve the performance and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced process modeling techniques to improve product performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process modeling into product development
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process-related issues
  • Develop and maintain process modeling tools and methodologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in process modeling and simulation
  • Strong understanding of process modeling principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
