About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst II to join our E-Gaming R&D team at Arrow International. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage a Cyber Security program that will be used by our team of over 50 software developers to build modern, secure gaming products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses and gaps in our security controls.
  • Work closely with Corporate Technology and R&D teams to implement remediation measures and improve our overall cybersecurity posture.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to provide recommendations for security enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate security risks and requirements and provide guidance on security best practices and controls.
  • Investigate security incidents to determine the root cause, extent of impact, and potential remediation actions.

Requirements

  • Cybersecurity certifications are required.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in cybersecurity is required.
  • Understanding of software development technology and software development life cycles is necessary.
  • Strong working knowledge of endpoint security best practices and threat prevention is required.
  • Working knowledge of cloud security frameworks, management on Azure and AWS is necessary.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability assessment, analysis, and remediation processes is required.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, assessment methodologies/process is necessary.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks is required.
  • Experience with security awareness platforms is necessary.
  • Capable of developing and delivering security awareness training programs is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and people skills are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Experience with organizational tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, etc. is necessary.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
