Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing our marketing division, driving growth and profitability, and crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives. A robust understanding of the engineering sector, particularly in SSD/Semiconductor/memory storage, is essential, along with the capability to lead and motivate a team. This role is crucial for our success and future expansion, focusing on OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
  • Supervise the Product Development process, ensuring that market trends and customer requirements are reflected in our offerings.
  • Lead SEM/SEO efforts to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, resellers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for the marketing department to meet growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to effectively promote our products.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand image, enhancing brand awareness and positioning.
  • Inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of CXL technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the engineering sector.
  • Proven expertise in OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC.
  • Strong grasp of SEM/SEO strategies and market strategy formulation.
  • Experience in Product Marketing and Product Development.
  • Successful track record in partner engagement and reseller management.
  • Solid background in SSD/Semiconductor/memory storage.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Experience in branding and positioning, with a history of enhancing brand awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
