Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Aspire Educational Services. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to work with our award-winning partner school in a flexible and fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Diagnose, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication problems involving speech and language or swallowing disorders.
  • Therapy Programs: Design and implement therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance in students with communication difficulties.
  • Monitoring Progress: Regularly observe and assess clients' progress, preparing detailed reports to track their growth.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university, SLP License or Certificate, and proof of professional liability insurance.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a PreK-8 school setting is essential for this role.
  • Clearances: Must have current clearances and be able to pass state and federal background checks.

About the Role

This is a per diem/per evaluation/per part-time contract position with opportunities to work as much or as little as desired. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized Speech Language Pathologist who can effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents.
