Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional PreK Counts Educational Director to join our team at Little Peoples Village 2 LLC. This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs for children aged 3-5, aligning with state and national standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of educators, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance program services.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel, ensuring efficient use of assets and optimal program outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and regulations in early childhood education, applying this knowledge to improve program quality.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in educational leadership or similar role, with a proven track record of improving program outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
