Job Description

At Klear Water Spas LLC, we're seeking a skilled Hot Tub Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our hot tubs are in top working condition. Your duties will include routine maintenance services, such as testing hot tub water, balancing chemicals, and cleaning filters and covers. You'll also be responsible for draining and cleaning hot tubs, as well as developing and executing preventative maintenance measures to prevent safety risks. Additionally, you'll provide excellent customer service, communicating with managers, coworkers, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance services on hot tubs, including testing of hot tub water, balancing chemicals, vacuuming debris, cleaning filters and covers.
  • Drain and clean hot tubs.
  • Keep a record of completed tasks and when hot tubs were last serviced.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep hot tubs operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks.
  • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating with managers, coworkers, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with others.
  • Ability to lift over 40 lbs.
