Position Summary
OBJECTIVE:
To construct high-quality medical devices with precision and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute manual assembly tasks in accordance with established protocols.
- Embody the core values and vision of Spectrum Plastics Master.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of high school or equivalent, along with successful completion of a basic skills assessment.
- Potential requirement for formal training and certification in specific areas.
- Proficient in identifying problems, recognizing errors, and addressing deviations from established procedures.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to understand and adhere to safety and quality regulations.
- Capable of following both verbal and written instructions.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Operates under direct supervision. The primary responsibilities do not generally require independent decision-making. Involves light physical activity, predominantly standing and working on the assembly line, where personal protective equipment is mandatory. Flexibility in working hours is necessary, along with the ability to manage exposure to chemicals.
