We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Anesthesiologist to join our team at Page Mechanical Group, Inc. as a key member of our Surgical Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a member of the Anesthesia team, working closely with CRNAs and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor CRNAs, ensuring optimal perioperative patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in Anesthesia team meetings and treatment planning conferences, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to enhance coordination of comprehensive patient care.
- Order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and make appropriate treatment decisions, ensuring that medical practice is consistent with Joint Commission, CARF, VA policies and procedures, and national statutes and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to HIPAA policies and medical record documentation standards.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
- Residency training in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification.
- Board certification and experience in clinical anesthesiology, with current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
- Board certified Anesthesiologist with experience in providing anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including robotics, vascular, ophthalmology, podiatry, plastics, urology, and endoscopy.
- Experience working with CRNAs and willingness to work in a team environment.
