We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Anesthesiology to join our team at the Hampton, VA Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional anesthetic care to our veterans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Anesthesia Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality anesthetic care to our veterans.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide leadership and guidance to anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) within the department.
- Maintain current medical knowledge and technical skills, ensuring competence in anesthesiology interventions.
