We are in search of a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist with a focus on user interface to design, develop, and enhance automation tools and testing protocols.

You should be resourceful and determined in delivering tests that evaluate the quality of intricate UI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Design teams, and Engineers to thoroughly understand testing requirements and methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated tests to validate the functionality of our core applications.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, assess application functionality, and continuously identify opportunities for enhancement within our test automation framework.
  • Create test cases, document quality concerns, and generate testing reports.
  • Establish and maintain test data across various testing environments.
  • Work effectively with a distributed and cross-functional team to address any outstanding issues.
  • Provide timely updates on QA progress to project managers and team leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience as an Automation Engineer with substantial expertise in service layer testing.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript or Python preferred).
  • Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with SQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Git.
  • Comprehensive understanding of application functionalities, bug resolution, and testing protocols.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to adapt to and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative when necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare domain is advantageous.
