Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance curriculum maps, culminating projects, rubrics, units, and lessons that align with common core standards.
- Lead or co-facilitate ELA department meetings and professional development sessions.
- Build positive and caring relationships with students and school community members.
- Design and implement standards-based instruction that encourages critical thinking and student engagement, while providing support for learners at various levels.
- Utilize data to customize instruction to address individual academic and social needs, aiming for grade-level proficiency.
- Engage in professional development activities, including curriculum refinement, grade-level meetings, department gatherings, and regular coaching sessions.
Salary Range: $57,069 - $96,922
