Astrophysics Instructor

Education Unlimited is seeking experienced and passionate astrophysicists to join our team as instructors for our summer programs. As an instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and enthusiasm for astrophysics with middle and high school students, guiding them through interactive and hands-on learning experiences.

Our astrophysics courses are designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the universe, from its origins to its current state. Students will explore topics such as the Big Bang, stellar evolution, black holes, and the search for extraterrestrial life. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, students will develop a deeper appreciation for the wonders of the cosmos.

Instructors will be responsible for teaching the Education Unlimited curriculum, supervising students, and organizing classroom labs. They will also be expected to assist with field trips, guide students on excursions, and provide mentorship and support to students. Instructors should be mature, reliable, and able to work well with fellow staff members.

We are looking for instructors who have a strong background in astrophysics and experience teaching or mentoring students. A bachelor's degree is required, and a passion for science education is essential. Instructors should be able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner and be able to work well in a team environment.
