  • Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Specific tasks include:
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses and research pertinent to the modernization of DoT operations.
  • Documenting current processes while pinpointing pain points, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
  • Facilitating discussions with key DoT stakeholders to outline desired improvements for future processes.
  • Creating future state process maps and/or SOPs by applying Lean Six Sigma best practices.
  • Designing a process-specific training plan for each area to support DoT's implementation and dissemination of training across the Division.
  • Developing job aids and SOPs that clearly outline changes for future state processes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to lead project update meetings with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, particularly in complex environments.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities while demonstrating agility in responding to ad hoc requests.
  • Possession of leadership qualities that inspire project team members to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Office and MS365.
  • Willingness to undergo a standard background check along with verification of educational qualifications.
