About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst IV to join our team at The Friedkin Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in supporting various phases of product development, from initial conception to deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Owner and project team through various product phases, including process analysis, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, training, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Document current and emerging business needs and work with internal and external service providers to define and deliver data and analytics solutions.
  • Participate in sessions to gather business context from Product Owners, analyze, and document findings.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to ensure user requirements are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet technical specifications and user requirements.
  • Perform data analysis on different data sources, consolidating multiple data sets and analyzing the data accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform business process analysis to define how data and analytic solutions should be configured to meet those needs.
  • Assist with the development of test designs and develop test cases.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of product and project documentation, including internal project status and conceptual business communications materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Systems Analyst supporting data and analytic software development projects.
  • Preferred experience working with Agile development methodology.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile and hybrid development environment.
  • Strong prior participation in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data and analytic solutions.
  • A working understanding of applying data and analytics to improve business processes.
  • Ability to elicit, articulate, and document process modeling, business requirements, description of business context using scenarios and user stories.
