Salary Range: $20 - $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from residents, addressing grievances and directing concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and enhance the electronic filing system for the Community Development & Housing program, including data entry and document management.
- Manage incoming correspondence for the program, ensuring timely responses and proper distribution.
- Assist in leading special projects as designated by team members within the Community Development & Housing program.
- Support the Vice President of Community Development & Housing with property inspections as required.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in human services or equivalent relevant experience is required.
Preferred Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support capacity is strongly preferred.
- Background in customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and relationships is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
