Salary Range: $20 - $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from residents, addressing grievances and directing concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and enhance the electronic filing system for the Community Development & Housing program, including data entry and document management.
  • Manage incoming correspondence for the program, ensuring timely responses and proper distribution.
  • Assist in leading special projects as designated by team members within the Community Development & Housing program.
  • Support the Vice President of Community Development & Housing with property inspections as required.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in human services or equivalent relevant experience is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support capacity is strongly preferred.
  • Background in customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and relationships is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
