About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at On-Board Companies. As a key member of our HR Service Center, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, following established scripts and procedures.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of all conversations in call center logs.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to resolve moderately complex non-scripted payroll and HR inquiries.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with some work from home and some in-office in Schaumburg, IL.
