Regional Sales Development Manager

Uline, Inc. is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to expand our presence in the Bay Area market.
About the Role
- Sales professionals will identify growth opportunities within their assigned territory and establish strong relationships with existing customers.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- $95,000 - $130,000 per year, plus bonus programs and incentives.
- A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match.
Work Environment
- Monday spent planning and scheduling on-site visits for Tuesday through Friday.
- Create effective solutions for customers using Uline's extensive product offerings.
