About Eliot Community Human Services
Eliot Community Human Services is a leading provider of mental health services to children, adolescents, and families. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services to children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Document service delivery to high professional standards in a timely and professional manner in the client record.
- Adhere to the clinic's scheduling protocol, initiate outreach to clients for whom treatment has been interrupted, and document all outreach attempts in the clinical record.
- Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions to address specific problem areas.
- Submit all administrative and billing paperwork by the end of each business day.
- Complete all clinical documentation, such as progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and termination/discharge summaries within the timeframes outlined in the agency's policies.
Compensation:
MA: $32.52 per hour
LICSW: $40.00 per hour
LMHC: $40.00 per hour
LMFT: $40.00 per hour
LCSW: $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, including some evenings
