Salary:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience, with monthly bonuses ranging from $4,000 to $8,000 annually.

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to work at a Garden Style property with 208 units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various duties to ensure we meet our company goals. Your primary focus will be on marketing and leasing properties to prospective tenants, including conducting tours, processing applications and lease agreements, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license, customer service experience, and basic computer knowledge are essential requirements. Prior leasing skills and knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe are highly desirable.
