Job Overview

Sunny Day Child Care & Preschool is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our experienced Teachers and Director to develop and implement engaging curricula and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in children.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and happiness of our children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports, fostering strong relationships and a sense of community.
  • Support the development of positive relationships between children, parents, and staff, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
