Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Point of Contact: You will be the lead point of contact for all clients in your group, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  2. Task Assignment and Management: You will determine the amount of effort needed to support projects based on contract volume and work with management to ensure resources are available.
  3. Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of work products delivered by your team.
  4. Project Success: You will review active projects holistically to ensure quality and identify potential issues.
  5. Contract Hours, Project Profitability and Invoice Review: You will monitor available hours in each contract's line items and review labor runs and invoices to ensure labor is provided appropriately.
Requirements
  1. B.Sc. in Environmental Science or related discipline (geology, chemistry, biology...)
  2. Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in the Environmental Industry
  3. 3-5 years of experience with Department of Defense environmental cleanup programs (preferred but not required)
  4. Experience coordinating contract deliverables, including delivery schedules and overall quality
  5. Understanding of metrics used to determine error rates and timeliness issues to support quality management and continuous improvement
  6. Familiarity with the evaluation of monthly labor runs and invoices
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  8. Energetic, personable, self-motivated individual with a desire to advance in a growing organization

The pay range for this position is: $73,012 - $124,988
