Cultural Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a senior-level Cultural Project Manager to serve as an advisor/manager for utility, water, solar, and telecom development projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to attract and retain clients, develop and implement strategies that positively impact the growth of the company's services, and lead a team of cultural staff.
Essential Job Functions- Independently manage complex projects, tracking and managing project deliverables, and documenting compliance/noncompliance with cultural resource protection measures.
- Interact and coordinate with various clientele, federal, state, local, and tribal agencies, conducting background research and data collection on cultural/archaeological topics for Section 106 reports.
- Review summaries of environmental background studies prepared by technical experts, such as geology and soils, and attend and lead project meetings.
- Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's and Eocene Environmental Groups culture of safety and employee ownership, complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
- M.A or M.S. in archaeology or another relevant field; B.A. or B.S. degree with professional experience comparable to a master's level of education may be considered.
- Preferred 6+ years professional experience in environmental industry working as a primary Project Manager on archaeological projects or other similar large programs.
- Ability to perform work duties independently and efficiently with short deadlines, as well as working in a team setting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, organized, motivated, thorough, accurate, dependable, and trustworthy.
