The Marketing Specialist role we are seeking to fill involves playing a key part in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies designed to drive growth and enhance brand recognition. The ideal candidate will exhibit a creative approach and a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to understand the strategic vision for the brand and assist in the effective implementation of various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor social media platforms and CRM systems to ensure accurate organization and management of marketing leads, attributing them correctly to the respective campaigns.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Representatives and Inside Sales to ensure prompt follow-up on marketing leads.
  • Set up and manage email campaigns for deployment in CRM systems, including testing, managing target audiences, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Evaluate the performance of email campaigns, focusing on metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and responses, and provide reports on effectiveness to the executive teams.
  • Assist in the creation and versioning of HTML emails.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management databases.

Additional Duties:

  • Develop marketing content in various formats, collaborating with internal and external resources for articles, videos, educational materials, email communications, social media updates, and newsletters.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, product guides, and trade show assets in alignment with the Minor League Baseball partnership.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences in targeted campaign areas.
  • Manage the lead generation database for marketing operations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of promotional events, including suite days and trade shows for the marketing team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and key community stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce, Pardot, and NetSuite.
  • Experience in developing and executing HTML email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Skills in video editing, graphic design, and photography are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation programs and aligning marketing efforts with sales strategies.
  • Expertise in managing social media and search engine advertising campaigns, with the ability to optimize for desired outcomes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
