Job Summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with families and young children to provide education, training, and support to help them learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support the development of infants and toddlers with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.
  • Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to families, including screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, utilizing a parent coaching model to support family engagement and empowerment.
  • Coordinate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families, including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
