Job Title: Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Criterion Child Enrichment. As a key member of our Early Intervention program, you will play a vital role in providing education, training, and support to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's communication and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide home-based services, including screenings, assessments, and parent coaching, to promote child development and family engagement.
  • Participate in trans-disciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to address children's unique needs.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer-based technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
