- Practice in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Educate patients, families, and other healthcare professionals on physical therapy techniques, exercises, and strategies to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Direct and supervise support personnel, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources, prioritizing patient care and safety.
- Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in ambulatory and acute care settings, with a focus on outpatient physical therapy.
