Position Overview:

In the role of Maintenance Technician Class A, your duties will involve a comprehensive array of responsibilities associated with facility and equipment maintenance. This includes managing various fluids and filters, conducting equipment repairs, and ensuring the overall integrity of the facility.

Compensation:
Salary is based on experience, with potential earnings reaching up to $32.50 per hour.

Shift Differentials: 10%

Available Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday from 3 pm to 11:30 pm (Training on Monday – Friday from 7 am – 3:30 pm)
  • 3rd Shift: 11 pm to 7 am (Training on 1st Shift from 7 am - 3:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain various fluids and filters.
  • Execute maintenance tasks on equipment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance duties.
  • Operate facility tools and equipment effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, plumbing, and electrical problems.
  • Construct fixtures to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, carpentry, welding, etc.
  • Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems.
  • Relevant certifications will be provided by the company.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and operate machinery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
Tools & Equipment:

A variety of hand tools, machinery, and computer systems will be utilized.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a drug-free environment with exposure to various environmental factors. You will report to the Maintenance Team Leader and Manager.
