Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, adhering to FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Confirm shipping details, track inventory movements, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting and Requisitioning: Analyze inventory needs and requisition stock as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Package Assembly: Prepare inventory packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Reporting: Generate daily reports on inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing parts, equipment, and materials.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year of related experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and general internet applications.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work well without supervision.
  • Certifications: Ability to be certified in the handling of hazardous materials and qualify for an Airport SIDA badge.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license and be insurable under company insurance coverage.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work occasional odd hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
