Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to resolve any issues or concerns related to construction projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that all construction projects comply with relevant codes and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on construction quality and safety to project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in construction, including experience as a project manager, job superintendent, builder, supervisor, foreman, or competent mechanic.
  • State of Florida Standard Inspector License (BN), State of Florida Plans Examiner License (PX), State of Florida Registered Architect (RA), State of Florida Registered Professional Engineer (PE), or State of Florida General Contractor License (GC) required.
  • Knowledge of current codes and regulatory standards governing the Florida Building Construction industry.
  • Valid driver's license required for driving on behalf of ECS Florida, LLC.
