Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a completed 4-year degree
- Teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
- Availability for in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 PM to 6:15 PM Central Time
- Proficiency in middle school English and Math is required

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to both small and large groups of students
- Access to information regarding class assignments
- Adapt to new teaching materials and strategies
- Maintain regular communication with the Study Smart Tutors staff
- Collaborate with the Education team to develop comprehensive learning strategies for all students

Compensation Details:
- Competitive hourly rate of $40
