Tarantino Properties is a leading provider of senior living services, seeking a skilled Medication Aide to join our team. As a Medication Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by supervising self-administered medication in compliance with Federal and State regulations. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise self-administered medication for Assisted Living residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations
* Report any changes in resident health and provide proper documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director
* Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain close communication with all departments and staff members
* Provide educational meetings for residents and staff as requested by supervisor
* Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Community
* Previous experience as a Medication Technician required
* Certified Medication Aides/Techs a PLUS
* High school diploma or GED
