Inventory Management Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Support Specialist to join our team at Yellow Dog Software LLC. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot software issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert-level customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshooting software issues and resolving client concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions and improve processes
- Learning and training clients on software use and best practices
- Tracking activity via our ticketing system - Zoho Desk
- Researching and providing the best solutions for our clients
- Communicating clearly and concisely with clients, teammates, and coworkers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software support or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and software troubleshooting tools
Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
