Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the intake of cross-portfolio initiatives and leading the development of ideas and business cases through the gathering of functional and non-functional business requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Solutions Lead, Business Partners, Architects, and Product Managers to understand business strategy and translate it into product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake of cross-portfolio initiatives and lead the development of ideas and business cases.
  • Collaborate with Business Solutions Lead, Business Partners, Architects, and Product Managers to understand business strategy.
  • Translate business strategy into product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
  • Apply requirements management and prototyping skills using tools such as ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, and iRise.
  • Simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes.
  • Apply business acumen and project management skills to drive project success.
  • Define and manage requirements, and apply SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to drive project success.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • 5 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience leading projects.
  • Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
  • Requirements management and prototyping skills using tools such as ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, and iRise.
  • Business process management and modeling skills.
  • Business Relationship Certification.
  • Experience working in the Healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office 3 days a week and working from home 2 days a week.
