Your Role:
The Automotive Retail Service Specialist (SSS) is a pivotal position within our stores, designed to cultivate future leaders in the automotive service industry.
This role focuses on engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable products and services, performing entry-level vehicle maintenance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service and sales support (75%)
- Basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks (25%)
- Store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising as needed.
- Assist the Store Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty when required to support team development.
- Learn and adapt to all aspects of store operations, alternating between customer-facing and service tasks.
Qualifications:
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and complete required training modules.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle service tasks and operate store systems.
- A two-year degree or equivalent non-traditional education through training programs or certifications is preferred.
- Previous experience in consumer retail sales is advantageous.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
