Dynamic Travel SLP for Interdisciplinary Care

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Travel SLP, providing care across multiple healthcare facilities in the United States.
About the Role- This role involves assessing patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans to improve communication abilities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and tracking progress throughout treatment is also an essential aspect of this position.
- Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing skills to identify areas for improvement.
- Create customized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs, focusing on strategies to enhance communication abilities.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage patient records accurately, including documenting progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, educating them on strategies to improve communication and addressing any concerns they may have.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- A current SLP license in the United States, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Prior experience working with pediatric and adult patients is preferred, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Ability to travel frequently and work in diverse healthcare settings, requiring flexibility and strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
