Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair auto glass using industry-standard techniques and tools
  • Recalibrate automotive safety systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
  • Competitive weekly pay starting at $21.00/hour, increasing to $25.85/hour after training and certification
  • Opportunities for advancement to Senior Tech and Master Tech roles, with potential earnings up to $32.31/hour
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, and holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually
  • Paid training and all necessary tools and resources
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required
  • Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work scheduled days with flexibility on start and end times
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
