  • Establishing efficient work habits to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Communicating challenges encountered during engagements to supervisors appropriately.
  • Conducting thorough self-reviews of all work prior to submission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • Prior experience with governmental entities or local municipalities is preferred.
  • Experience in public accounting or a similar professional services environment is advantageous.

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized business qualification is required.

Licensure/Certification:

  • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must fulfill annual CPE credit requirements.

Legal/Compliance:

  • Completion of the Independence Guidelines and Ethical Standards acknowledgment is necessary.
  • Government engagements may require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
