We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Family Medicine Austin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our physicians and medical assistants to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient examinations, including initial screenings and history and physical examinations.
- Order and interpret laboratory test results, and make diagnoses based on test data.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including applicable therapies, and follow up with patients to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
- Provide patient education to promote healthy habits and prevent diseases.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Applicable degree: FNP or PA.
- Valid Provider License in Texas.
- Family Practice Experience.
- Competitive salary: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
- Full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
