  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including applicable therapies, and follow up with patients to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
  • Provide patient education to promote healthy habits and prevent diseases.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Applicable degree: FNP or PA.
  • Valid Provider License in Texas.
  • Family Practice Experience.
