Senior Regulatory Affairs and Rates Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Affairs and Rates Coordinator to join our team at Portland General Electric. This role will be responsible for coordinating with analysts and managers to gather documents for preparation of filing responses, maintaining contact with the OPUC filing center, and tracking data requests in a spreadsheet accessible to analysts and managers.
Key Responsibilities- Filing Materials with the OPUC: Prepares documents to be filed with the Oregon Public Utility Commission (OPUC) by reviewing each document for completeness, formatting, and grammatical alterations.
- Internal Coordination: Monitors the OPUC Filings email inbox daily and forwards emails to appropriate internal stakeholders, oversees the tracking of dockets and regulatory affairs calendar, and prepares and maintains an accessible ongoing calendar of upcoming filings.
- Compliance: Primary DevonWay coordinator within regulatory affairs for all new OPUC orders and compliance materials, works internally with analysts and management to determine DevonWay assignments, and ensures compliance with payments for intervenor funding.
- Intermediate knowledge of utility operations, principles and practices in communication, grammar, spelling and style, laws and regulations related to area assigned, processes and procedures in area assigned, and systems used in department.
- Working skills in delivering presentations, organization and prioritization, analytical thinking, written communications, business acumen, oral communication, change leadership, project management, creativity and innovation, decision making, diplomacy.
