Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current Washington state LPN licensure.
- National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field (preferred).
