About the Role

Providence Health & Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant - Registered (NAR) to join our Transitional/Long Term Care team. As a NAR, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients in need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide whole-person care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN or LPN
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Customer Service experience preferred
